Process Sweet red peppers and Vidalia onions in a blender and place in a container. Add 1 box of Pomi chopped tomatoes.

Process smoked Habaneras and chipolite in blender and drain juice from mixture. Add this to the mixture in the bowl. Add cumin and stir

well. Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over the top. Let marinate overnight
