HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add bacon and onions; cook and stir 4 min. Add tomatoes and red pepper; simmer 7 min., stirring occasionally.

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding asparagus to the boiling water for the last 3 min.; drain.

TOSS pasta mixture with vegetable mixture, remaining dressing and mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan.
